The Rock is and will forever be the Peoples Champion. He has done it all. The Rock loves to raise the Peoples Eyebrow and Layeth the Smacketh Down on Rudy Pooooh Candyasses.
This is The Rock raising the peoples eyebrow while holding 1 of his 3 titles that he has held since arriving to the World Wrestling Federation. The Rock is also the first wrestler to be a 3rd generation superstar in the WWF. The Rock teamed with Mankind and they were the Tag Team Champions and were known as The Rock and Sock Connection.
